Candace Parker thinks she’s Dane Bradshaw. Parker dislocated her shoulder twice during the game on Tuesday night against Texas A&M, yet decided that she didn’t care, and wanted to beat TAMU anyway. The only difference between Parker and Bradshaw? Parker’s arm pit hair is much less noticeable.
Candace Parker, the Lady Vols’ All-Everything player, was able to play through the shoulder pain in the second half, continuing to play strong inside, and hitting (some) crucial free throws down the line.
Alexis Hornbuckle, I’m pretty sure is the Lady Vol equivalent of JaJuan Smith. She is underrated as a player, probably the best defender on the floor, and can shoot daggers from the 3 point line when she has no business putting up the shot.
With the win, the Lady Vols advance to the Final Four again, and will look to defend their National Championship in Tampa Bay, Florida on Sunday.

A true testament to the grit of this team. The Lady Vols hung tough until Parker got back on the floor, and she performed like a champion is supposed to.
