Oftentimes, people have bad things to say about referees during football games. Generally, it’s because fans feel as if they might have missed a call against their team, or even worse, called a call against their team that seemingly didn’t happen. But they try their best, and generally speaking, do what they can to make sure they get calls right.
Really though, it’s up to the players to try to play a clean game and not get flagged for any kind of penalty. Now, it’s one thing to get a personal foul for unsportsmanlike conduct, unnecessary roughness or even a late hit out of bounds. But for all that is holy and good in this world.. Never… EEEEEEEEEVER (Chris Jericho reference anyone?) be flagged for a personal foul for… well… take a look:
Hmm, I take back everything I ever said bad about them; the ACC, and particularly Ron Cherry, kick so much ass.
